‘What about you?’ DAY 7: KH BAMBA

What does brother- and sisterhood mean to YOU? What does it mean to YOU to be human?

Young Senegalese artist Kh Bamba questions humanity in his colorful works and addresses social and cultural differences. He uses paint, pencil and cotton threads to create his reflection on the urban world he lives in.

Kh Bamba (1991) lives and works in Dakar and has taken part in workshops and residency programs both locally and internationally. He has exhibited internationally including in Senegal, Burkina Faso, Mali, France and Spain.

These works are part of an online pop-up exhibition of contemporary African art ‘What About You?’
